Filter by “Currently Streaming On” on Requests Page

It would be nice to have a filter on the Requests page for “Currently Streaming On” providers, so requests can be filtered by streaming service. It would also be great if the streaming provider icons could be shown directly next to the request cards to make them easier to access.
