[Proxmox] How to update LXC container after Overseerr migration ?

I may have a stupid question :
If we did a migration from overrseerr with a proxmox installation, following this guide https://github.com/Kevegl/proxmox-overseerr-to-seerr-migration
How can we maintain this proxmox installation in the futur ?
The "update" command on the original proxmox installation of overseerr was quiet easy and lazy.
Is there a way to migration from this kind of installation, to the original "seerr" installation with proxmox helper scripts ?
