Now we copy-paste Clang Format and Clang Tidy configurations from project to project. We need a single point, where it is stored.
We need an only VT C/C++ Code Style.
The problem is that when it is stored in a project root, I am not sure than VSCode Clangd plugin will explore it, when a specific subdirectory is openned as a workspace.
