[BUG] Missing .NET 3.5 with native Wine 11.7

Please update the issue template! I'm not actually using Lutris, but "Native" isn't an option above despite being recommended in the README. Same for the Wine Version.

Does an issue for this already exist?

Description

Launcher fails with ".NET 3.5 missing". This bug suggests to remove mono as a fix, but that's already part of the install instructions for native wine and I've checked with winetricks list-installed:

vcrun2022
remove_mono internal
remove_mono internal
winxp
dotnet40

Steps to reproduce

1. WINEPREFIX="$HOME/.affinity" wine "$HOME/Downloads/Affinity x64.exe"
2. Error appears
