Show a small badge on each annotated element on the page indicating how many annotations it carries.
This is requirement QUE-5 (MAY) in docs/REQUIREMENTS.md, not yet implemented. On-page dots already exist (assets/overlay/ui/markers.js); a count badge would extend them.
