Proposed branch removal

I want to remove a few branches. They've already been merged.

The branches to remove are:

• 4.2<->ML-server-utilities
• baseclassifier-tests
• new-api-enpoints2
• event-detection
• python_unit_tests
• new_POST_route_for_labels

I'd like to hear from @iangudger or @aadabi before removing them. It should be 100% safe as they've all been merged into master.
