Upon certain errors while deploying discovery will hand and not return an error.

Had an issue where I ran out of gas while deploying, Discovery hung on status 3 without exiting and or returning the error. Had to dig through the blockchain logs to find out. Would be a nice feature to handle this.

Thanks @JesseAbram, this is a very good point that we have overlooked for a while. I'm adding this to our feature list, though it will not be fixed immediately.
