Sign and Certify buttons should be grayed out if signing is not possible

An error message is always displayed, but it would probably be more intuitive to disable the buttons as long as signing is not possible.
Some examples include:

• no files selected
• no certificate specified
• no certificate password entered, but certificate requires password
