Current status, as of the end of the Oct/Nov '18 FHL:

• Sound.PlayClick/Chime/Chimes/BellRing now implemented and out for PR (Add the Sound library  #53)
• Attempt at implementing PlayMusic ~ 90% complete, but currently blocked on build/dependency breaks with integrating a new package (@types/webmidi). Can find the current status in the add-play-midi branch. (Note: this branch depends on the other Sound library work currently out for PR)
• Everything else is NYI.
