Add a Basic Chatbot UI for ClubMate

Description:
Introduce a simple chatbot widget on the ClubMate website for interactive support.

Features:
Floating chat button at the bottom-right of the page.
When clicked, opens a small chat window (HTML/CSS/JS).
Chat window allows users to type and see their own messages appear.

Why this is useful:
Helps new members quickly find answers without navigating menus.
Improves interactivity and modernizes the site.
Easy to start with static UI, but scalable into a real feature.

I want to work on this. Please assign it to me under GSSoC.

Hi @sania28, thank you for assigning me this issue.
I’ll begin working on it once the GSSoC label and the appropriate level label are added, so that the contribution is counted properly under the program.
