Responsive Navbar with Active Section Highlight

Description:

• Add a responsive navigation bar to the website that adapts to desktop and mobile screens.
• Desktop view: horizontal navbar with links (Home, Events, Projects, Team, Contact).
• Mobile view: hamburger menu that toggles a sliding menu.
• Smooth scrolling to sections using JS.
• Highlight the active section link as the user scrolls.
• Consistent design with existing color theme.

Why this is useful:

• Provides easy navigation across the site.
• Enhances user experience on both desktop and mobile.
• Foundation for future integration with authentication/dashboard links.

I would like to work on this issue and implement the responsive navbar with active section highlight. Please assign it to me under GSSoC.
