Duplicate handling should be implemented by making some attributes case insensitive

Actual - Duplicates can be added if the relationship is entered in uppercase or lowercase even if all the other details are same. Example - Two entries with same name, email and phone can be added if the first letter of the relationship attribute is in Uppercase for one and Lowercase for other. example is attached below -

Expected - Should make attributes like Relationship and address case insensitive for duplicate handling.
