Display user menu when click on the username

1. Open the menu on click or either focus.
2. Show the following items on the user menu with icon:
- Profile
- Favourites
- History
- Settings

3. Provide a border and a different background colour from the theme to the menu.
4. Make sure that it's mobile responsive.
