Steps to Reproduce
I have migrated from 1.6.2 to 2.0.1 (in docker) and perform the migration successfully.
Before migration, I turned on bichon by accident for a moment.
Issue Description
A WARN in log, warning in UI. It repeats hourly (3 times so far).
