Add Filter Dropdown to Inventory

Description

The Filter button exists in the Inventory header but does nothing.

Expected Behavior

Clicking 'Filter' should open a dropdown or popover allowing the user to filter items by Status (IN_STOCK, SOLD) and Condition.
