Add Column Sorting to Expenses Table

Description

The Expenses table needs sortable headers for Amount and Date.

Expected Behavior

Implement client-side sorting for the Expenses table when users click the headers.

The issue is all yours. Since it's just client-side sorting, you should be able to get this running pretty quickly. Take your time with it though, and just tag me here if you run into any weird behavior with the table component. Have fun!

However, just like the other issue you commented on, this one is also already assigned and has an active Pull Request attached to it (PR #47).
