Quick Settings Interaction Fails on Multiple Displays

When multiple displays are connected, actions initiated from the quick settings for each display do not produce any effect. All displays are properly listed in the quick settings, displaying their correct resolutions, refresh rates, and features, but none of the quick settings actions work as intended.

Could you please also provide logs output from dbus with multiple monitors shared the same name? (run dbus-monitor --session and open Display settings)
Unfortunately I can't test this case on my own.

And one more thing - does Built-in display work in this case?

I currently have three displays. The fourth display isn't connected at the moment due to a lack of available outlets. I am using a built-in display along with two external monitors. The issue detailed in the original post also occurs with all the displays (this includes the built-in display).

Could you try to toggle several actions in quick settings and send logs output?

I was toggling HDR for both monitors during this dbus monitor.

The two external monitors are connected to a docking station, and the issue persists even when I disconnect one of the monitors.

That fix didn’t work; it’s a mess at the moment, LOL. When you select any action from the quick settings, it doesn’t apply the change. Instead, it changes each display to a random orientation, resolution, and refresh rate. 🤣

I believe I've discovered the cause. After booting up, I changed my display settings through the main settings. Then, I adjusted the display using the quick settings for the extension, but it seems the extension doesn't remember the changes made in the main settings; it only retains the configurations from the login session. When I tried to use the quick settings after rebooting without modifying the display configuration in the main settings, the extension mixes up the display configurations in the wrong order, applying the configurations for the wrong displays.

Aside from this extension, I'm currently experiencing an issue with GNOME Shell not remembering the display configurations after a reboot.

Everything works except for changing the resolution of the first monitor in the list. Changing the resolution for the first monitor does nothing. Changing the refresh rate or features for the first monitor works, as well as the other monitors. Additionally, the order of the list of monitors is incorrect in all the quick settings.

The current order of the list of monitors in the quick settings is Monitor 2, Monitor 3, and Monitor 1.
