Docker-compose for backend and frontend

Hi! I tried to run the code on my laptop and it just works!
Next step could be deploy the impl on server. And for that I propose:

• collect all environments variables to .env and use with config.py
• create docker-compose.yml with docker services for backend, frontend, files and API
• Arrange Makefile with frequently used command like docker compose up --build

Benefits:

• run code with single command
• easy configuring, no need to change code
• easy deployment on server

If authors appreciate the idea, I can easily implement and make PR

Very welcome to submit a PR. Maybe you could create a new docker-all directory under the docker folder to make this happen?
