Does it make sense? I believe https://github.com/SaveTheRbtz/zstd-seekable-format-go by default uses all available CPU cores. In case it gets implemented, I'd personally prefer it to be opt-in, so that it does not inadvertently clog the CPU on e.g. a deployment system
