Echo and high pitch sound

As soon as I start recording I can hear a high pitch echo of everything I say and it echoes in a loop.
The result mp3 has the same problem, does this happen to someone else?

Do you know how to prevent this?

I just tried to make a record with Google Chrome and it worked well.
