Its not clear you have to restart/source your terminal after installing tools

After running `rokit install` and it completing without issues, it's not made clear you might have to resource/restart your terminal in order for the installed tools to work

I use PowerShell 7 in WT, and was wondering why installed tools weren't being found over the CLI. A notice after running `install` would've been nice
