The README suggests downloading the .dmg from releases, but there aren't any releases for this repo.

Assessment

The README references releases that don't exist. Two options:

1. Quick fix: Update the README to remove "Option 1: Download Release" and make "Build from Source" the primary install method. Can PR this now.

2. Proper fix: Set up GitHub Actions to build+sign the .dmg and create releases on tag push. Needs Xcode project review + Apple signing certs configured as repo secrets.

Recommending option 1 now (PR incoming), option 2 when we're ready for public distribution.

Note: I don't have the Xcode project cloned -- this is a README-only fix.
