After Windows Update, wallpapers no longer function

Describe the bug

After installing Windows 11, version 25H2, I now see this error when trying to activate any wallpaper:

Reviewing the Performance Options, "Animate controls and elements inside windows" is checked:

Steps to reproduce

1. Activate a wallpaper to set baseline
2. Install 'Windows 11, version 25H2' via Windows Update
3. Restart the machine
4. Load Lively Wallpaper Metro and select a wallpaper to try and activate one

Expected behavior

A wallpaper to be activated normally

I also noticed my wallpaper and screensavers stopped working about a week ago. Not sure if it is related. The wallpaper is HTML that loads local pictures. The screensaver is HTML that loads local videos. Neither work now, though the HTML files themselves work. They both have the images/videos in symbolic link folders.
