Glitching

Describe the bug

Have the lively wallpaper run, and stare at the screen for few minutes, or do anything in window mode of any browser or app, just to have at least the wallpaper can be seen in the background, you'll notice the glitches for few minutes or so

Steps to reproduce

1. Run Lively Wallpaper
2. Stare at the screen for few minutes with the wallpaper on

Expected behavior

Smooth looping wallpaper visual

Looks like a gpu issue, try:

• Turning OFF GPU Decode in Settings -> Wallpaper -> Video Player.
• Update the graphics driver and Windows.
