Description

@damihm

Describe the bug

Changing the Windows Directory through the UI under Settings, causes an error message to be displayed upon selecting anything from UI. Error message is:

Error Oops... Looks like something went wrong :( In order to better understand this error and fix the usse, share the log file with the developer. Insructions for sharing log file: https://github.rocksdanister/livelywiki Exception: Exception Learn More

This is 100% reproducible as when I 1) Recreate Directory (it was deleted during move in UI?) "Lively Wallpaper" in "my Local AppData directory for User. 2) manually copy file tree (wallpapers*) back into the C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Lively Wallpaper directory, I am able to select ANY Library again, have it implemented and become active.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Change Wallpaper Directory to mapped* network Drive from Settings -> General -> File - > Wallpaper Directory
  2. Close Settings window for settings to apply.
  3. Select ANY Library from Main UI, i.e. "Fluids".
  4. Error message is displayed.

Expected behavior

The selected Library would display the "Lively Wallpaper" selected, i.e. Fluids.
