Wallpaper not starting on start up

Describe the bug

Lively wallpaper is not starting automatically on startup of windows, i have tried the registry editor method written in the github solutions, but even then also its not starting on its own

Steps to reproduce

wallpaper doesnt show until i manually open the lively app and select wallpaper

Expected behavior

Wallpaper should start with windows bootup
