Wallpaper becomes inactive after Windows desktop refresh #3195

Description

@gwbd13703-lang

Describe the bug

On my Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro running Windows 11, Lively Wallpaper becomes inactive after a sudden desktop refresh/explorer restart. The issue occurs even when the laptop is not in sleep mode. While using applications like Adobe Acrobat, the screen briefly blinks and Windows appears to refresh/reload the desktop environment. After this happens, the live wallpaper stops working and disappears, although Lively processes may still remain active in Task Manager.

The problem seems related to explorer.exe refresh, graphics driver reset, or desktop compositor behavior rather than normal sleep/wake functionality. This issue happens intermittently and affects wallpaper restoration reliability.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Using the laptop for a day and so
  2. Sudden refresh like a blink and then
  3. the lively walpaper set (fluids) suddenly dissapears.

Expected behavior

It should not disappear as I have checked all the possible settings for prolonged activity
