pandas vs panderas

in utlis/utils.py and profiling/profile.py we have import pandera.pandas as pa, but no pandas module within panderas as far as i can tell.
Probably want import pandera as pa instead.

ok i think the issue is that older version of panderas didn't have pandas submodule.
Looking at their release history, it was introduced with pandera==0.24.0, so we probably want to add the version requirement to pyproject.toml.
I think we also may need to have pandas as an explicit dependency in there for this to work.
