Not compatible with intake V2

Hi @greglandrum, huge fan of the paper and also your use of intake for chemistry.

I thought I would bring to your attention that the catalogs no longer work for Intake V2. 😦

from intake import Catalog
Catalog.from_yaml_file("./Ki_datasets.yaml")
>>> ValueError: Not a V2 catalog

I will see if this can be easily fixed but thought I would let you know.
