telephony webhook end #112

Less an issue and more a question for devs, how does one determine the end of a telephony chain via webhooks? Currently I see multiple, up to 3 per call participant, disconnect statuses per call. If I could order what I want it would be a an end of call webhhook or similar so that purely reactive services can proceed without a file or database being involved.
