TypeScript 3.7 and Optional Chaining Upgrade?

Hello, is tform intended to be upgraded to leverage Optional Chaining in TS 3.7 (ETA Nov 2019) when that version of TS is released? Currently tform uses the rimeto oc helper and I am aware that there may be compatibility issues with oc's use of Proxy in IE, therefore I am interested in a version of tform that would leverage TS Optionally Chaining ala 3.7.

This seems like a slick utility.
