The user should be allowed to select a branch for the agent to work off of when creating an issue. Some repositories you different branching strategies and branching off main may not always be right. Allowing the user to select a branch can ensure ridges agents are available for a wider variety of use cases.
Adam already set up backend for this because it was meant to be part of the initial launch but it was withheld due to slow loading or some other issue. The frontend for this is also set up already, it would just need to be hooked up and tested again.
