Multi-profile support

Heyo! Saw this from HN. Very nice!

For those of us that might be juggling multiple Claude profiles between work/personal, would this tool work? Since the readme mentions reading from the keychain I'm not sure if it would, or would require some extra work.

In the most rudimentary form of profile management at least, where you have multiple .claude directories and launch CC with a changed CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR env var (example).

Thanks for the feedback! Currently the app reads from a single keychain entry (Claude Code-credentials), so it won't automatically work with multiple profiles using CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR.

We'll look into adding multi-profile support - likely a profile selector dropdown that detects different Claude credentials. Added to the roadmap!
