[Request] Chatter interface

Love the mod, sorry if this is something that I can already achieve ingame, I might have missed settings for it.

• Faded top when chat is active, similar to the vanilla interface or the old screenshots of this very mod. Rather than the current rounded black background?
• Disable decoration of the buttons under the text box? I personally liked the old visual
• Hide the /say when actually typing, or the opposite, but it's hard to distinguish when the text box is active or not
• Hide the resize button, maybe an option to "Lock" the chat interface in place and hiding the button?
