FR: View preview and source together

It would be nice to have a "split view", somewhat like Hedgedoc. The editor on the left, and a (semi-live) preview on the right, or perhaps stacked on top of one another? Not as a default perhaps, but toggle-able. On an average 1080p screen, to be usable, this would probably demand the sidebar on the left to be collapsed (automatically?), and/or the attachments/wikilink section on the right to be moved somehow.

Hey @maddie-m, thank you for this request.

Adding a split view in the editor is currently not planned. An Otter Wiki renders the markdown on the server side and I never got it working so that it scrolls nicely to the place you are currently editing. I don't want to ship dysfunctional or half broken features. I make use of the preview shortcut Ctrl-P / CMD-P to check my current changes.

A PR adding a working split view utilizing the server side rendering would be welcome though.
