Add test to verify 301/308 redirection support

In order to verify the networking transport changes to support a 301 or 308 redirect for RCPP-89, create a couple of tests that verifies it operation:

• add networking tests that verify just the transport operation
• repurpose the redirecting http server from core to create a redirect server for testing redirects with a realm/sync session using the CPP SDK
• create a realm with a cached user that fires up a websocket as soon as the realm is opened and gets a websocket redirect response form the redirect server
