Chip component variant inconsistencies

There are some inconsistencies with the implemented design of the chip between the many variations. See screenshot.

• The secondary is the most notable with different shades of blue/blue-gray being used.
• Deletable chips going outlined by default on the first 3 colors, but not on the last 3
• Primary outlined and primary deletable are a little different
