Problem:The line of the grid center is not orthogonal to the contact surface

Dear authors,

Thank you for your great job on PEBI grid. The UPR is very robust tool in PEBI grid generation. I found a problem in the process of using UPR. As shown in the figure, I generated a PEBI grid and drew the grid center point in the figure. It can be seen from the figure that the connecting line of the grid center (marked with red lines) is not orthogonal to the face. I wonder why this happened and hotw of fix the problem? Thank you

Hi, Thank you for showing interest in the software! In a PEBI grid (or Voronoi diagram), the line between neighboring voronoi sites will be orthogonal to the interface between the two corresponding grid cells. The cell centroids will often, but not alway, coincide with these voronoi sites. I'm guessing that this is what you observe here, but without seeing the source code, it is hard to say.
