close and move tab options

Hi there,

I recently upgraded rio to the latest v0.3.11 and I wondered whether something happened to the close tab (x-button inside the tab rectangle on the left) as well as the move/rearrange tabs (when you grub a tab a move it where you like it the most among others) features.

Maybe I need to toggle them with an option in y config.toml, if so I'm happy to provide the current setting I'm using; thanks in advance!
