Error when running template peptide.fa file

I installed the library and when trying to use the provided template.fa example i get this error.

Cannot complete in-place edit of seq.aac: failed to rename work file 'XXdxKkq6' to 'seq.aac': Permission denied, <> line 7.

What could be the issue regarding this
