Support for password required by remote

If password is required to access remote, the rsync process become unresponsive, leaving the prompt for password in the process output.

That's a good point, and not something I had considered since I use other methods for authentication. If you have a fix, I am open to contributions; however, I'll probably be too busy to implement this myself until early next year.
