Hi -

I'm trying to use install_github but am getting this error:

✔ checking for file ‘/private/var/folders/97/vx_v2sfs07s63nv8fwhdq9mw0000gr/T/Rtmppysjb9/remotes1007b3a7cd/kassambara-factoextra-1689fc7/DESCRIPTION’ ...
Error in `<current-expression>` : error in running command
   Execution halted
   sh: rm: command not found

I can install from source, from CRAN, and from Bioconductor. Is this a setting issue on my end, or a bug?
