Axis probe direction

Before starting a probing cycle, ask the user for the direction in which the probe should move. Store this setting in EEPROM for later recall. Suggest using a two step method where:

1. Ask for direction, use jog wheel to select.
2. Confirm start of cycle using encoder button.
