Test Cabal build in CI

CI uses only Stack at the moment, while I’m running the Cabal build manually every now and then. This is pretty poor practice and should be changed to be run automatically.

Travis is surprisingly reluctant to testing with fundamentally different configurations. Quite frustratingly, I might have to go with a hacky shell script to do this. :-/
