Additional maintainer

I'd like to bring in an additional maintainer to pytest-asyncio.

@tjkuson has made excellent contributions to pytest-asyncio over the past 10 months. Specifically, @tjkuson drove the loop factory configuration from design to implementation, iterating on the solution with pytest-asyncio maintainers and users along the way. The loop factory API represents a critical step in pytest-asyncio, because the project did not have a replacement for the deprecated policy system before.

I was able to meet Tom personally at PyCon.it 2026 and I'm convinced the project would benefit having him on board. I plan to onboard @tjkuson as a maintainer for pytest-asyncio on 2026-06-15, unless there are any objections.
