Feature request: Geo Blocking

First Thanks for the feature which allow sort dates, when rules has applied, it helps follow, which application has change the rules while using autolearn.

It would be nice feature if can block countries, where don't want connection.

Here github is project which do that, using power shell script.

Only if local list.
We could have a custom blocklist of IPs here.
Modifying of Host file is cumbersome, but a custom list is easy.
