When searching within a collection, the PUI doesn't tell you when no search results are found

Steps to replicate:

1. Navigate to https://archives.libraries.psu.edu/repositories/3/resources/10373
2. Search for "photograph"
3. Search for "miller" (you will see the 'No Results Found' alert that you should have seen after step 2)
