gain-gui example UI window rendering bugs

Thank you for your library! I'm trying to use it. So far I copy your examples, and edit them.
In gain-gui example I've noticed two bugs:

• When there are several plugins loaded in chain. gain-gui plugin renders UI right ontop of the previous plugin. It does not clear previously opened plugin.
• It does not render UI on second open of the plugin window. So if I init the plufgin it shows up (although sometimes it does not). And after close if I open it again nothing is rendered in the UI window.

I'm on Linux Mint + REAPER.

I've noticed them in my own version of the plugin which I've copied from your gain-gui example. And after that I've compiled the gain-gui and saw the same bug manifesting on the run in the Reaper.
