Repository empty after installing from zip file

I downloaded the repository zip from original github location and installed it from that zip file. It appears in repository list. When opening it shows only the Repository add-ons item and nothing more. I searched for suggestions on web. I attempted repo update from content menu, I restarted Kodi (19.3) and also Android TV 10, I tried to remove and re-install the repository, nothing helped. Please see attached images.

The addons won't show up until they are updated for Kodi 19 (Matrix). No ETA for that...

Hi, so it´s not possible to get IPTV Recorder for Kodi 19? I installed your repo by zip file, but it only show me :

And when I try to install add on from repository, no primaeval add ons found...
