Agents module with native RAG

The very initial version of the Agents module should be able to do simple things like verify SQL, self iterate, and should have simple sandboxing tools. Features for drawing graphs can be done later.

The workflow would be simple:

1. Check SQL.
2. Also add some examples from embedding based similarity.
3. Run into a sandbox.
4. Re-iterate if required.
